A conveyor belt’s rubber cleats are located between the lateral edges, transversal on the belt’s width, with two to five on a linear metre.

Manufactured from a natural rubber mixture, without metal or textile ply, rubber cleats can be used in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C. They have excellent resistance in different environments.

Specially-moulded rubber cleats can withstand even the most rugged applications. They are ideal for transporting goods on an inclined conveyor belt. Products do not accumulate at the foot of the belt and are instead retained on the belt in the proper place.

Cleats can be modified according to specific requirements.
