Sidewall Belting Bespoke Manufacture

The sidewall on conveyor belts is designed primarily to reduce material spillages, while increasing the load-carrying capacity. UKRB’s bespoke rubber sidewalls are manufactured in six specifications: G60, G80, G120, G160, G200 and G240 – these correspond to the height of the sidewall.

We provide different grades, ranging from general use to oil-resistant sidewalls.

Rubber sidewalls are used mainly for incline conveyor system applications in the quarrying, mining, mineral and metal processing industries. They can also be used on any conveyor belt, in an application where a raised sidewall is needed.
